Just received a PicoZ from Grandma for Christmas.
Became curious to know if there was any kind of warranty after the rear motor stopped working after just a few use/recharge cycles. After searching the web, I discovered there are many 'clones' out there. The one we received came in a box labeled 'PicoZ' with absolutely no identifying marks indicating any manufacturer or company. It was ordered online through Hobbytron.com. Thought you'd like to know. -- Darren Mathews

Hello,
I purchased what I thought were two picco Z helicopters from Hobbytron.com in the US. When I recieved them one would not fly. After further inspection I have noticed that these are not legitimate Picoo Z's but rather counterfeit. Thanks!

I ran across this site:
Hobbytron.com. They are selling counterfeit copies of your Picoo Z. -- Joseph Butler

I have received a knock-off clone of the Silverlit Picco Z from Hobbytron.com.
I am currently attempting to deal with them. However I felt you should be informed that fraudulent copies of your product are currently being sold under the pretense that it is a legit Silverlit Picco Z. I have photographs of the unopened package if you would like them.I
I do no find this acceptable and will aid you in pursuing this matter.
Thank you! Ryan Koch

Hello,
My name is Raymond and I have been trying to purchase some of your wonderful flying Picco Z helicopters for quite some time. Now, I knew there were counterfeits on the market and wanted to make sure I was purchasing the original Picco Z's.
I didn't want to purchase any fakes, but everywhere I looked the real Picco Z's were sold out. Then I stumbled across a website that was advertising Picco Z helicopters for sale and ordered 5 for my son and some of his friends. When the package arrived I was shocked and disappointed to see that they had sent me fakes that were made in China, and weren't even called Picco Z.
My son and his friends were heartbroken when I told them. I immediately emailed this company to tell them that I wanted to return these imitations for a refund. Needless to say, I have never heard back from them. Now it looks like I am stuck with these pieces of junk with no way of getting my money back.
I am emailing you today in hope that you can stop these culprits from deceiving other honest consumers into purchasing fake, inferior helicopters. Their website is www.hobbytron.com. They have the advertisement for the Picco Z helicopters right on the home webpage. Feel free to email me, if I can be of any more assistance to you in your pursuit of these con artists.
Thank you and have a great day.
Sincerely, Raymond Szczybek Jr
