Dear Silverlit, I was told by Hobbytron I was getting a genuine Picoo z as shown on their web page, I actually got a fake imitation Pico z that was non functional out of the box. I am very disappointed with Hobbytron and their failure to communicate or send me a genuine Picoo z.
We are both being ripped off by hobbytron.

I purchased unknowingly of the present issues behind the copy of a Silverlit product, A PiccoZ heli form hobbytron.com I would not fly at all! It took 2 months to get a hold of someone at hobbytron for an RMA for replacement or refund. That was over a month ago that I send it back under their RMA process. I have not been refunded nor was the helo replaced. Shame on hobbytron.com! I spent nearly $50.00 for this PiccoZ as a Christmas present for my 11 yr old son. I thought something was fishy. So I did an internet search " PiccoZ recall" just to see if there was one. TO my amazement I found many forums and the legal battle against hobbytron.com www.rcgroups.com I returned the faulty product back to hobbytron. So now I am out nearly $50.00 and I no longer have the PiccoZ which would not fly! What do I do now??
Respectfully, Kenneth R. Olsen Jr.

Last Christmas I recieved fake picco/z known as a pocket I tested it and after one day it would only fly in the air for at the most 10 seconds and then it would descend and crash.
I was very disapointed that it wouldn't fly and because it was cloned picco/z that I bought on Hobbytron.com and on the invoice it said picco/z version 3 2007, I still have it but I don't know to do with it I just wanted to share my concern.

I am another Hobbytron victim. I purchased three helicopters thinking they were original Silverlit products. Hobbytron had links to their website for original Silverlit products. I did not notice that one “O” was missing in their product name. I have been working with the Utah BBB (BBB CASE#: 22035186) and Hobbytron will not refund and is just stalling. Sincerely!

I bought 3 silverlit helicopters from Hobbytron.com and they said they were the official Silverlit versions. They were not and they were junk.

I can not get a hold of any one there and they still have them listed on their website as the "Picco Z" but they just do not mention the name Silverlit any more.

I have the ad they posted in Backyard Flyer magazine that did say Silverlit. I just don't want any one else to buy a crap one from these guys!
