Dear Legal Department,

Please find attached this email I received from an ebay store "bigdotuncle" promoting the "mini-Dragonfly" helicopter, it's pretty clearly a Picoo-Z clone or rip off, although the stabilizer rotor/flybar is of a differnt design and doesn't appear to have any aerofoil.

Anyway, I'd heartily recommend you go after who ever is manufacturing these, and get them to stop! best regards, Frank Fattori

Hello,
I bought 3 from Raidentech (www.raidentech.com) at the time I had no Idea what was a real one and what wasn’t! Just seemed like a great toy/gadget Anyway, only one was any good and that was given as a gift (Xmas).

One had a duff battery (45 seconds fly time) and a wobble The other one had a tail defect (wouldn’t hold) I did a tail motor transplant and now its OK. So I have a spare wobbly duff batteried spare copter! No reply to eamails from Raidentech (predictably) 29.95 would hold these as an all time classic must have but 39.95 is a hike review the price or take one. :o) I will buy an original next time…. Assuming the price is right

Dear silverlit,
I was so delighted with my picoo Z (It was an Xmas present) I ordered another from PLAY.COM in Jersey, Channel Islands.
The first was genuine and of course flies brilliantly, the second was the Gold Rosita Pocket version, which it now seems PLAY.COM are supplying.
To be fair it flies as well as the the real version but I'm not sure it will do the suppliers much good as it took me ages to realise that the trim buttons are reversed!
Best wishes Geoff Griffiths

Dear silverlit,
I thought I would advise you that www.play.com (a large company that sells to UK consumers) are selling a Helicopter which I thought was your Picoo Z.
I purchased one and it is of very low quality and am trying to return it for a refund.
It turns out to be a "Pocket" and was distributed by Gift House International (www.gifthouseint.com) I can send you pictures etc if this helps. Please could you advise when I can obtain a genuine product in the United Kingdom?
Best Regards Doug Kimber
