To OVERWHELM HobbyTron who sells counterfeit PicooZ on behalf of Silverlit ILLEGALLY

Silverlit Toys Manufactory Ltd is the proud owner of a RC controlled Helicopter PicooZ, which has been certified by Guinness World Record as the Smallest R/C Helicopter.

It has been a worldwide hit. So much so that the world is now also being flooded with knockoffs and clones by numerous unauthorized sources.

We commenced a worldwide campaign to rid the marketplace of knock off, with seizures and lawsuits being filed in many countries.

One example of our proactive efforts is a lawsuit we filed on December 29, 2006 in the Federal courts in the United States against HobbyTron asking for urgent relief against their blatant infringement of our copyrights and trademarks. We are seeking remedies for passing off their clone helicopters as our genuine products.

This is just the first of many lawsuits that Silverlit will be filing in the US. Other actions have previously been taken and will continue to be taken around the world to protect consumers from being defrauded by unscrupulous manufacturers and distributors of the clones of our helicopter. These actions include seizures by governmental authorities wherever the unlawful products can be found.
The helicopter is also covered in several United States of America (“the U.S.A. Patent Applications”) and other international patent filings. Some of the claims in these patent applications highlight several features.
  • The main rotor propeller & its interaction of auxiliary rotor;
  • The angle of incidence of rotation of the propeller blade wings from the body and a stabilizer at the tail.
These are just some features of the patentable inventions in our patents.
Our company values its reputation, legal and intellectual property rights very seriously. The clones hurt not only Silverlit, but also pose danger to consumers.

If we discover any unauthorized traders and/or sale outlets offering for sale and/or selling toy helicopters manufacturing or selling our Invention we will take all legal measures which included but not limited to Court action(s) for recovery of damages in respect of the infringing activities.
