Hello,
I just purchased 3 micro helicopters that were advertised as picco z from on line retailer hobbytron.com. the helicopters I received were labeled as pico z and seem to be an inferior copy. I know that my problem lies with hobbytron.com But since this is your great concept, that is being stolen I wished to let you know about it. there are no identifiers on the product such as company name or address.
Thank you Christian Stanton

Dear SilverLit:
Can you please confirm whether or not Hobbytron.com is selling Genuine Picco Z helicopters? I recently saw a news story that shows their warehouse and packages which have "Pico Z" (misspelled, with only one "c") written on the box. Are these "Pico Z" boxes your genuine SilverLit products?
Story here: http://www.ksl.com/?nid=148&sid=705017

Thank you for your assistance.

To whom it may concern,
I order three PicooZ helicopters from Hobbytron.com over the Web. Order # 346861. I called before ordering these helicopters to make sure that these were made by Silverlit Toys Manufacturing and they were not a cheap clone. I was assured that these were the genuine article. I just received them today 12/20/06 and these are not made by Silverlit and are not even the same as whats advertised on the Hobbytron.com web page.
The spelling on the website is PiccoZ the spelling on the ones I received are PicoZ. Also the markings on the Heli's are different. And they don't have the Silverlit trade mark seal. I also noticed on the website you have the Silverlit part number (85615) right above the Add to Cart button. If they were atleast what was advertised on the Hobbyton.com website I wouldn't have complained. Please send the Silverlit made ones I was assured of or refund my account. I also included a copy of the class action suit Silverlit Manufacturing has implemented. Dennis Greenleaf
