And, today, the pin that holds the rotor popped off. This has been a very disappointing experience, to say the least. We ordered it on December 7th from Hobbytron.com for $39 plus $7 shipping. We have tried to contact them about the problems to no avail. No one answers their phone and the only email address I have cannot be replied to.....read details>>

Hi, I got what I thought was a PicooZ helicopter for my husband as a Christmas gift. I ordered it from hobbytron.com on December 7th......it to go into the air for about 20 seconds. Then he landed it and stopped for a minute, and when he went to start it up again, it wouldn't fly. The propellers wouldn't spin. He tried all kinds of different things to make them spin, but nothing worked..... read details>>

Hi,
I was another victim of internet fraud. I was very excited to get the Picco Z helicopter and I ordered three from Hobbytron.com. They are located in Utah (800-494-177) and I thought they were a reputable company. They show the proper product on their website and on my invoice it shows that I ordered the Picco Z. What I received was the Pico Z. I didn't notice that it was an imitation. The helicopters wouldn't fly, so I started doing some research and discovered your press release. I've tried for several days to contact Hobbytron, but no one will return my calls or emails. Please do what you can to stop this. I have lost $120 for these imitations. (not to mention the other mistakes they made on my order. Let me know if you have any tips or information. Thank you very much!

As you are aware,
Hobbytron is selling clone Picoo Z helicopters which is a direct violation of your legal terms as stated on your website. Here is some more proof that should interest your lawyers.
KSL a local news station does a lot of advertisement for Hobbytron. Well, they just happen to have did a story on these Picoo Z's copters and they were kind enough to actually include on their website a picture of the Pico Z helicopters they were selling for Christmas.
They of course are the clones and the article also says that Hobbytron purchased over 50,000 of these knock off's from China. Hope this helps.
Granted I may never see my Silverlit Picoo Z 2007 version 3 helicopter, but at least I will have the knowledge that I helped bring down a gross injustice!

Greetings,
You may or may not know already about this company, but I though I would make you aware since I was recently fooled. A company named hobbytron (www.hobbytron.com) sells and markets the pico Z (#21 on the do not buy list) under the Silverlit name. Their ad in the Jan 2007 edition of Backyard flyer lists the Silverlit model of the Picco Z, however, they shipped me the Pico Z when I made my order.
Please take the action needed to stop this company form selling counterfeit items and stealing from unsuspecting customers like myself. I have attached a scanned copy of the magazine ad and a picture of the actual helicopter that was sent to me. I actually ordered 3, and none of them work. Thank you, Chris
