Hello,
Well just like many others, I have been taken by Hobbytron. I bought what was supposed to be a 2007 3rd Edition Picco Z, but instead I received a crappy copy Pico Z.
I did not know of the fraud until I started doing some online research. This is a horrible example of buisness theft! I have tried many times to contact Hobbytron and I get no response!
I have two friends who purchased, the same advertised Picoo Z from Hobbytron. One received a Pico Z copy like mine and the other one was a different copy still. I don't remember exactly the name but it wasn't a Picoo Z or Pico Z.
It was called a Mini-Whirlybird. He actually bought two of them. Another strange fact was that one of his was on band C, like my Pico Z, but the two frequencies didn't match.
All 4 of these copies were purchased in good faith, online, with Hobbytron. We have had them since December 27th, and only 1 still works. I really feel cheated and I would like my money back or at least a new (authentic) Picoo Z.
If a class action suit is taken against Hobbytron, you can add me to the list of plantiffs!
Thank You,
Mark Maxwell
