THANK GOD,

i found this article at your web page!, (Silverlit Toys Manufactory Ltd. - Flying Club) recently( before X-mas) i purchased what claimed to be a Silverlit PICCO Z , from hobbytron.com and when it arrived i was confused because the box read (PICO Z) and NOT PICCO Z nor it had any trade marking of Silverlit on the box..
I ended up opening it and it was terrible, the helicopter is uncontrollable, it does not trim correctly, and in flight it just spins out of control then nose down, I have tried modifying it using the aluminum weights it came with, but no luck...I took it to a local hobby shop and concluded it was NOT a PICCO Z, but a "counterfeit knock off".... i was very, very disappointed.

I tried to contact hobbytron through emails NUMEROUS times, if I can recall 7 emails. and after about a months period of forwarding emails NO response at all.. IF it helps the Email i sent to hobbytron.com AND receipt i got from hobbytron.com is below, claiming i purchased a PICCO Z , when in reality I received A "PICO Z".... and till today i havent got to a response or the experience of flying a real picco z

Hello,

I wanted to report to you that I had a different, yet similar experience with Hobbytron and believe it may have been intentional.

I purchased a Traxxas RC Truck from them and they sent me a lesser model of the truck. We did not discover the problem as all the truck look alike and we are new to the components and therefore could not recognize the difference. Hobbytron has been unwilling to take back the truck and replace it with the correct one we ordered.
I have seen in my recent research that this has happened before. I wanted to make you aware of this and invite you to contact me if you need more information.

Hello fine people at silverlit,

Yes i was suckered into buying 3 PHONY picoo z choppers from Hobbytron.com.Bought 1 of yours at toys r us in the u.s. It broke in a day the wires to the tail motors broke loose.I took it back to toys r us and they refunded my money, but had no more in stock. So i went to the internet and bought from Hobbytron.
Definitly not true picoo z.Tail motors on all 3 got extremely hot and were unflyable unless you kept the steering all the way to the right
.I now have ordered 3 more from rcisland.com.I hope these are the real deal because now not only is my son addicted to these choppers but me as well and i'm 44 years old. Heres hoping that the next ones are your Product Will let you Know how it goes Jerry Bogda

Hello,

I bought what I thought was a Picco Z helicopter for my son for christmas. I bought it from Hobbytron.com. The very first time he flew it the main rotor blade split down the middle and now it wont lift at all. He was very disappointed. I have emailed Hobbytron four times with questions about where to find a replacement blade, etc. They have not responded to any of my emails at all. I am now stuck with a broken helicopter and a controller that flew one time. .
