I purchased unknowingly of the present issues behind the copy of a Silverlit product, A PiccoZ heli form hobbytron.com I would not fly at all! It took 2 months to get a hold of someone at hobbytron for an RMA for replacement or refund. That was over a month ago that I send it back under their RMA process. I have not been refunded nor was the helo replaced.
Shame on hobbytron.com! I spent nearly $50.00 for this PiccoZ as a Christmas present for my 11 yr old son. I thought something was fishy. So I did an internet search " PiccoZ recall" just to see if there was one. TO my amazement I found many forums and the legal battle against hobbytron.com www.rcgroups.com I returned the faulty product back to hobbytron. So now I am out nearly $50.00 and I no longer have the PiccoZ which would not fly! What do I do now??
