Hi,

I bought a miniature copter, but I did not know it was a copy. It is difficult to drive it, and it doesn't go where I want. So I lost 30 euros...

Hi,

I recently purchased a Hoax of your Picco Z from the Seller "Jaysalez" on Ebay.
After I recieved the item I immediately contacted him and insisted on a return, he did not object. I will let you take whatever action you deem appropriate.

First off,

I would like to stay completely out of any investigation of "any" counterfitting selling of your product.
I persoanlly own several PICOOZ purchased in the USA from TOYS R US, however, I visited one very popular Remote Control (RC) Hobby Store in Orlando, Florida by the name GRAVES RC
www.gravesrc.com
and I happen to stumble across many....many boxes of a micro Heli know under the Name of POCKET HELI and I unknowingly purchased two (2) to find some very interesting things...

  1. The Cheap knockoff did not fly anything near your actual product PICOOZ.
  2. The Cheap copy had an ugly Whobble in the air.
  3. The Cheap copy required almost FULL THROTTLE at the control to just keep it head level.
  4. The Cheap copy's Transmitter did NOT work with the PICOOZ nor did the PICCOZ's transmitter work with the POCKET.
  5. The Cheap copy did not have that nice high pitch sound (Main Rotor RPMs) that the PICOOZ is known for.

When I visited this store back before Christmas celebration....early November 2006, I asked to see if GRAVES RC would have some of the PICOOZ helicopters in and an employee informed me that NO, they tried through the PICOOZ distributor and that all have been accounted for ....for the remaining year of 2006.
Well, to my surprise, I visited this store the week of 15th of January 2007 and they had many ...many boxes of what appeared to be your product but, after I arrived home the box clearly stated it was the POCKET. I returned these copies right back after finding out the above observations.
I truely beleive that the owner of GRAVES RC and staff just did not know that the POCKET is a cheap copy from your product as this Hobby Shop has been around for many years and they have only stocked nothing but NAMED BRAND items and I truely beleive they just don't know about the POCKET being a counterfit copy of your product.
I am sending this to you because I feel these copies need to STOP being sold as it is certainly hurting your company's hard work at design, developement, and market such a wonderful micro/mini Heli as the PICOOZ and all that it stands for. The Cheap imitations are just junk! I hope this helps!

Hi,

I saw this item on eBay and thought you might be interested. I have purchase ( mistakenly one of the knock off ) This site is promoting it as like Picoo z but they are actually using your products remote and images. The remote that came with the knock off is nothing like your quality products.
I have since found a store to purchase a real Picoo Z and am enjoying it a great deal. I am going to purchase more. I would like to make sure that these knock off do not end up selling on ebay and end up missrepresenting your quality product. Thanks for a quality product. Scott Oliphant

Hello,

I recently purchased a "Rider" helicopter from my local Hobby Shop "Aero Tech Hobbies" in North Canton, Ohio. My friend had one that got some fuzz wrapped around the tail rotor and the motor burned out.

When I got mine i was incredibly cautious not to let any fuzz get wrapped around the motor but it also burned out after less than a week even though I took great care of it. Aero Tech refused to do anything about it and said the failure was due to abuse. Now I am stuck with a helicopter that doesnt work and i cant aford another one.

Hello,

I recently thought I ordered 2 genuine PicooZ from Amazon.com only to find out they were fakes later.
One had a broken remote control out of the box and the other worked fine for about 10 flights and now it suddenly won't respond to the controller anymore at all.
The site advertises that they are genuine PicooZ but they are not. The sellers name is "Silverlit" and they say it's genuine PicooZ but the box says Micro X Copter.
I just wanted to tell you that Amazon.com is selling fakes of your PicooZ and I bought 2 that broke and now I can't afford to buy a real PicooZ because I spent $100 on fakes that broke!

Hi,

I recently purchased 2 "micro X copter" from Thesavewave.com (order #2006-12-8370). After receiving these helicopters one of them immediately experienced mechanical failure and became inoperable. After searching the web I discovered that these were very likely counterfeit PicooZ helicopters. I was writing you to confirm that this was indeed the case. I have also written thesavewave and asked them to refund my money if these are not legitimate items. I have not heard from them yet but I only sent the message a few minutes ago. Any information you could provide me with concerning the authenticity of these helicopters would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Dante Tognoli
